Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 dayswithout giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you received your order (for physical products) or from the day of contract conclusion (for digital products and services).

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to:

You may use the following model withdrawal form (not obligatory):

"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following order: [Order number], received on [date], Name: [your name], Address: [your address], Date: [date]."

We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal request by email without delay.

Effects of Withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received from you, no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

Exceptions — Non-Refundable Services

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Tarot readings, energy healing sessions, and distance consultations that have already been fully performed, where you have given your prior express consent and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
• Digital content that has already been downloaded or streamed.
