 בשימוש בפעם הראשונה, מומלץ להחזיק את המטוטלת ביד (שמאלה לאנשים שמאליים, ימין לאנשים ימניים) 

בשלב השני יש ללמוד אותה, לבקש לקבל את ״לא״ ואת ה״כן״

ברוב המקרים מקבלים ״לא״ בתנועה סיבובים נגד השעון, וה״כן״ בתנוע סיבובית כיוון השעון.

 יש לקחת בחשבון שהמטוטלת נותנת רק תשובות בינאריות (כן/לא; חם/קר; רחוק/קרוב וכו') ולכן השאלות לא יכולות להיות מעורפלות מדי ועדיף לעשות סדרות של שאלות החל מהכלליות ביותר ועד המדויק ביותר.

 בסופו של דבר, צריך רק ריכוז, תרגול וסבלנות כדי להגיע לתשובות ספציפיות.

Through the exploration of the pendulum, we can find answers to troubling questions, locate specific places, people, or lost objects, and facilitate communication. With a little practice, anyone can utilize it!

First-time usage instructions:

Before using the pendulum for the first time, it is important to cleanse it to purify it from any residual energies. Then, in the second step, we need to charge it with our energy by simply holding it in our hand. For first-time use, it is recommended to hold the pendulum in the hand corresponding to your dominant side (left for left-handed individuals, right for right-handed individuals). In the second stage, we need to familiarize ourselves with it and ask for the response of "yes" and "no." In most cases, "no" is received with a counterclockwise motion, and "yes" with a clockwise motion. Keep in mind that the pendulum provides binary answers (yes/no, hot/cold, far/close, etc.), so the questions should not be too vague, and it is better to ask a series of questions starting from the most general to the most specific. In the end, it only requires concentration, practice, and patience to arrive at specific answers.
